ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
The Acceptable Use Policy sets out the terms that all Users of the site must follow.

Prohibited Users:

The User must only use the site for lawful purposes.

The User must not use the site to:
- breach any local, national, or international law or regulation
- take part in unlawful or fraudulent activity
- harm or attempt to harm those under the age of 18 (minors)
- send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or reuse any material that doesn't comply with the site's content standards
- transmit unrequested or unauthorised advertising (spam)
- transmit any data containing harmful viruses or Trojans or other harmful programs that may damage computer software or hardware
- reproduce, copy, or resell any content of the site
- Access, damage or disrupt any part of the site, or any equipment, network, or software connected to the site.

Interactive Services:

All contributions by the User to the site must be:
- accurate
- genuine
- compliant with Arizona State Law, or from any country from which they're posted.

All contributions by the User to the site must not:
- contain obscene, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory material
- contain defamatory information that unlawfully damages someone's reputation
- promote violence or sexually explicit material
- promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, age, or disability
- infringe the intellectual property rights of any other person
- be likely to misrepresent someone's identity or impersonate another person
- help to commit or assist an unlawful act.

Suspension and Terminations:

If a breach of this policy occurs, CanKnowPiano LLC reserves the right to take action to protect the company and its site, including:
- implementing the immediate, temporary, or permanent withdrawal of a User's right to use the site
- implementing the immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any material or posting uploaded to the site by the User
- issuing a warning to the User
- commencing legal proceedings for reimbursement of all costs resulting from the breach
- disclosing information about the breach to the appropriate law enforcement authority
- taking further legal action or any other action that is appropriate, excluding liability for any such actions taken because of the breaches of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Changes to the Acceptable Use Policy:

CanKnowPiano LLC can revise the Acceptable Use Policy at any time.
​
The User is automatically bound by such changes.
